Tristan Hayes

Tristan’s journey into the financial industry was shaped by personal resilience and a deep–
seated desire to help others navigate life’s unpredictability. Having beaten cancer twice,
he learned firsthand the importance of planning for both the present and the future. This
experience inspired him to enter a field where he could be part of a team that helps people
plan for their future.
Previous roles in retail and business services have provided Tristan with a strong
foundation in customer service. He is dedicated to doing his part to help clients take the
first step toward their financial goals, believing the most important part of the process is
the beginning.
Tristan and his wife, Paige, live in Gillsville. He is the third of four siblings and comes from
an amazing family. Outside the office, he follows Missouri Tigers football and St. Louis
Blues hockey. He also enjoys playing golf and reading books, especially those by author
Brandon Sanderson.
