Gary Anderson

Gary is passionate about helping others provide for themselves so they can enjoy a fulfilling life during retirement. That’s why he founded Anderson Advisors in 2003 and why he still goes to work every day motivated to make a difference in others’ lives.

Gary has a background in corporate compliance, spending 30 years in consumer products companies including Georgia Pacific and Kraft. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University, is an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) and is the founder of Anderson Advisors, a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).

Gary is a past president of the Civic Club and an ordained deacon. He enjoys staying active in the community as a youth baseball coach. His hobbies include home restoration, boating, competition shooting, and spoiling his three grandchildren with his wife, Betsy.

Gary is the host of the “Truth in Planning” radio show, which can be heard every weekend on WJRB-FM 95.1 and WDUN-FM 102.9. You can also listen to the show as a podcast wherever you stream. On his show, Gary offers experienced insight and analysis on a variety of financial topics.
